Caraus & McQueen is a small advisory house in Limassol, Cyprus. We work for international families, private investors and professional partners on investment, ownership, property and development here, in one relationship. We are not a brokerage.

How we work.
Listings and pressure rarely help someone making a large decision. Clear answers about structure, intent and jurisdiction usually do.
We start with the question rather than the inventory. What is the money for? What should the family own in ten years? What would still make sense in twenty?
We work with a limited number of clients, and we often decline a mandate when the structure, the timing or the expectations do not match. We only put forward opportunities we would consider ourselves.

Discretion
Mandates are private. We do not publicise our clients, their transactions or how they hold their assets.
Order
The legal set-up, the tax position and the ownership arrangement are settled, with the relevant advisers, before a property is discussed.
Restraint
We decline more mandates than we accept. Whether the work fits matters more than the size of the fee.
Continuity
We still work with families and investors we started with.
