— Residency & Relocation
Moving a family to Cyprus.
Residency is one part of a move. We advise on the plan as a whole — ownership, tax, housing, schooling, business and what happens in the next generation — and we coordinate the licensed and qualified professionals who carry out the applications, the tax advice and any fiduciary work.
— Pathways
What we advise on.
Cyprus Permanent Residency
Investment-based permanent residency for the main applicant and immediate family. We advise on the route and prepare the file with you; the application itself is handled by the appointed legal advisers.
Taxation
Cyprus has 60-day and 183-day tax residency rules and a non-domicile regime. We help you understand which apply and coordinate the tax advisers who give the formal advice for your situation.
Family Relocation
Schools, healthcare, housing, banking and settling in. This is the practical side of the move, and we handle it with you rather than hand you a list.
Business Relocation
Moving or opening an operation in Cyprus: real presence on the ground, staff moving with the business, and the company arrangements that go with it.
Long-term Family Planning
How the family will hold assets over time, including holding companies, trusts or foundations where they are appropriate. These are set up and administered by licensed fiduciaries and lawyers; we coordinate that work.
— How we work
Five stages, one plan.
Listening
We start with the family: who is moving, which countries are involved, what the schooling needs are, what the business interests are. The plan follows the people.
Planning
Deciding which route makes sense — permanent residency, tax residency, or both — and how it fits with what the family already owns elsewhere.
Advisers
We bring in the lawyers, tax advisers and fiduciaries the case needs and coordinate them, so ownership, residency and succession are settled before anything is filed. That advice is theirs to give.
Execution
The applications are prepared and filed by the appointed legal advisers. In parallel we handle housing, schooling, banking introductions, business relocation and the practical side of the move.
Continuity
We stay involved afterwards: renewals, reviews and the questions that come up once the family is here.
