Day-to-day oversight of property and other interests in Cyprus once they are owned. We keep the running matters moving, deal with leases and tenants where that applies, and report clearly to the owner and to their advisers.

Development
Building for the long term.
We advise on and take part in development projects in Cyprus. That means finding suitable land or projects, testing whether they work, planning the concept, and working with architects, engineers, contractors and advisers through design and construction. Where we hold that role, we oversee delivery.
